Many documents on this website are available in "Portable Document Format" (PDF) and available to view with the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If your computer does not have at least Adobe Acrobat 5.0, we recommend downloading it at:

If you have trouble opening a PDF document, first, be sure you have the latest version of Acrobat.

If you continue to have trouble with the document, right click on the Portable Document Format link and select Save As or Save Target As and save the file to your desktop. Once complete, open the PDF document from your desktop.
