You must First Print out this Registration Form. Fill in the information pertaining to the event you wish to attend.

Make checks payable to NAIC-SAC. Make a separate check for each class and include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your enrollment, indicating the class name and class date.

In addition to the information shown lower on this web page, you may call the Announcement Line at 916-92STOCK (916-927-8625) for the current status of classes. If you send a business size (#10) self-addressed, stamped envelope, on receipt of your check, you will receive a confirmation letter with information needed to prepare for the class, directions to class, and other pertinent information. No refunds after 72 hours (3 days) BEFORE class.
