The Phoenix Chapter has some exciting things coming up in the first quarter of 2007.

 As most of you know we are putting together a real live model club with real money!!! We have generated a lot of interest from people wanting to join for different reasons. Some are just looking for a club to join, some are joining so they can enhance the club they are already in and some are seeking the knowledge of exactly how to start and operate a club. Please come see what it is all about.

A lot of you have heard us talk about having a series of classes for beginner investor's. Well that has become a reality. Our first class is scheduled for February 17, 2007. There will be a total of four classes (4.5 hours each). Cost per class is $30 plus $15 for the study manual ($135) when you sign up for all four classes the cost is $90 and you receive the study manual free of charge (a savings of $45). We are all very excited about this.

Please don't forget our "Regional Meeting's" that are in different areas of the valley four times a year. Those are always very informative and we always serve nice refreshments and it's always FREE!  Please join us.

• January 2 - Phoenix Area Model Investment Club - 7:15 pm - 9:15 pm

This will be our first official meeting for our new club! You may sign up or just visit.

• January 13 - "Learn to do a Stock Selection Guide, using Toolkit 5" - 9 am - 1 pm - $35.00

This class is starting to fill up and there will not be another one until March.

• January 27 - "Portfolio Evaluation" (PERT) - 9 am - 11 am - $20.00

Learn what the other side of Toolkit5 can do for you!

• February 6 - "Phoenix Area Model Investment Club" - 7:15 pm - 9:15 pm

      Visitors are welcome. There will be a question and answer time after the meeting.

• February 10 - North West Regional, "How to Make Sense of BetterInvesting Software" -  No Charge -

      Refreshments will be served.

• February 17 - "Beginning Investor's Series # 1 of  4" - 9 am - 1:30 pm

This will teach you what you need to know from terminology to doing a Stock Selection Guide to managing your Portfolio.

• March 3 - "Beginning Investor's Series # 2 of  4" 9 am - 1:30 pm

• March 6 - "Phoenix Area Model Investment Club" - 7:15 pm - 9:15 pm
