Registration/Refunds/Cancellation Policy:

Registration.  The Chapter puts on both weekend and evening events to offer increased options to members.  Events are extremely popular and well attended.  Sign up early if you want to be sure to get in.  Advance reservations by check only holds your seat.  Events are normally held for 1 1/2-hour periods, include take-home handouts, and cost $15 in advance or $20 at the door per person, except for special events and computer courses.

To register, print out and return this Event Registration Form.

Mail the completed form, with your payment, to the Chapter Registrar at the address shown on the form.  If you are not able to print out the Event Registration Form, you may phone or e-mail the Chapter Contact listed for that particular event with the same information as on the form.  Your seat will be reserved for you and you may pay the pre-registration price at the door.  We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Refunds.  If you have paid and don't attend, there will be no refund, because we have incurred expenses in anticipation of your attendance.

Cancellations must be made one week in advance either by phone or by e-mail to the Chapter Registrar.  See the Event Registration Form or the Chapter Contact listed for that particular event for this information. Your fees will be refunded with a chapter check.  Events may be cancelled if, in the opinion of the Chapter, weather conditions pose potentially hazardous travel conditions.  If a course is cancelled, the Chapter Registrar will notify everyone that has registered in advance by phone.  All cancelled courses will be rescheduled or your money will be refunded to you. There will be a $20 charge for each returned check.
