Each club is entitled to one visit every two years at no charge. New clubs are especially encouraged to take advantage of a club visit. Regular club visits will not be used to teach classes, i.e., SSG, Stock Checklist, Stock Comparison Guide, Judgment, etc. The Chapter offers classes in these subjects periodically at a specified location. If a club wants a visit for education purposes, there will be a $250 charge plus $15 per person over 10 people.
Upon request, two Chapter members will visit your club (or prospective club) to discuss programs, financial goals, BetterInvesting and CIC resources, provide general guidance, or other topics of your choice. The first visit is free for new or prospective clubs; a nominal fee ($1 per member) is requested from established clubs to help defray Chapter expenses. Contact: Dorothy Gray, E-mail: dorothy.gray@navy.mil for more information.

Channel Islands Chapter drop in education program KISSES"
currently inactive
Another alternative is to come to KISSES, a monthly drop-in meeting wherein we go over the latest stock to be featured in the monthly BetterInvesting Magazine. Knowledge in Stock Selection and Education Study is what KISSES stands for. It is held at 6:30 pm on fourth Thursdays at SBAR, also. KISSES is effectively a short course on some aspects of the SSG, in a very informal setting, and in a small group. Cost for non-members is $4.00. For members, $2.00.
Contact: Darrell Boynton, for meeting place and reservation. for that month. Sharing of the latest internet stock tools, research ideas, and general discussion make up the meeting. Occasionally a full featured "short study topic will be presented i.e.: Preferred Procedure", How to use OPS, and other topics as requested. Fees for these mini-presentations are usually $10.00.
