On The Road Again

Roger Miller is gone but we are still here and we want to come to you. One of the major functions of an investment club is to learn how to invest in stocks. Most often that knowledge comes for others in our club. The Big Bend Chapter of BetterInvesting was established to facilitate investor education. Over the years we have held classes to assist you in your quest for mastery over the market. We think we know what you want and need, but sometimes we cancel a class or two because of lack of interest.

Over the past few years the number of investment clubs and members have declined. I'm sure that if we had a graph of the market mirrored against membership one would look like a shadow. We are still here and so are you. Now, much more than earlier, grasping all the information is critical to successful investing.

So, here's what we are going to do. We will come to you. Our "On the Road" program will go to your venue and present a one-hour class. If you received this newsletter you can participate. Some of the classes are shown below and more will appear on our web page. If you have a topic that is not one that we are showing, let us know because we realize that inquiring minds want to know. We might have what you need.

What do you have to do? Well, first contact us. We will need to coordinate the time and place. You will probably have to furnish a map because some of us genetically don't ask directions. Also you may have to furnish an Internet connection and an LED projector. The cost will be $125 in advance and there is no attendance limit.
