1. You must first print this Registration Form [PDF 79 Kb] or Registration Form [Text file].
2. Fill in the Event Name and Date you wish to attend.
3. Complete One Form Per Person attending.
4. Be sure to Include your Phone number in case we have to contact you.
5. Enclose Check made payable to Emerald Coast Chapter BetterInvesting.
   Date: Checks must be POSTMARKED by the Saturday BEFORE the event.
