Directors Gather!

Your directors of the Northwest Indiana Chapter gathered for a picture after the Annual Meeting and Corporate Conversation May 15, 2004. 

We had reason to smile.  Walgreens' Rick Hans, Director of Finance and Assistant Treasurer had just finished a two hour program.  Twenty-five chapter members plus directors were present to confrim just what a strong growth company Walgreens is today. 

Director Kathy Calvin deserves all the credit for contacting and persuading Mr. Hans to speak at our corporate conversations. Each year we send her out with a list of companies, we the board, would like to hear present. She is given this task in the early fall of each year and works hard to get a commitment from the chosen company. This years list will be chosen in September. If you have a local company you would like to hear present please e-mail or call with your suggestion. We would love your input.

Interested in joining us as a director.  We meet each month to plan workshops, educate each other, and trade investing quips. Come to a board meeting ,check us out and stay for a rewarding experience.
