Club Relations
Directors of the D.C. Regional Chapter are happy to announce that they will again make visits to local clubs. Visits are made on a reservation basis to assist club members with organizational and management issues, concerns, or problems.
To arrange a visit, call or E-mail the Club Relations Contact shown below. Provide your name, home address, and day and evening phone numbers. A Director will contact you to schedule a visit with your club.

- Club Visitation Policy and Procedures
Directors of the D.C. Regional Chapter will make visits to local clubs on a reservation basis only. Visits are made to assist club members with club organization and management issues, concerns, or problems. Visits will not be conducted to accomplish training on such things as the SSG, which is the purpose of our Educational Committee. Before a visit is scheduled, a club must meet the following criteria:
- have conducted at least three (3) meetings;
- have elected officers; and
- have a Partnership Agreement and by-laws in place.
