Angels of Wall Street Investment Club

An investing success story helped create this new investing club.

"A group of ladies from varying backgrounds met one evening in a local library to form the Angels of Wall Street Investment Club. Several of the Angel club members had read about the Beardstown Ladies Investment club and were inspired by them to start the club. Since the Beardstown Ladies strongly recommended NAIC [BetterInvesting], the Angel's club joined immediately. . . Members started with a $225 initial investment each and a minimum of $25 per month, which gave the club a lot of initial buying power. We have super organizers on the club roster and by the end of May 2000 we made our first investments in Carnival Cruise Line and Microsoft. We currently have 12 active members."
